But, let’s be honest. At some time or other, you’ve been confronted with some sort of neurotic and yappy, pint-sized, big-dog-ego-in-a-teacup-sized-body dog, and you’ve wished it were socially acceptable (and not at all dangerous to the animal) to do this.
It’s the same visceral emotion that one gets when hoping they’ll win the lottery without actually having to play it.
