A great sushi dinner with Kerri and Amanda topped off with drinks at the Tucano’s meat rodeo. A great evening (despite the crippling cold).

Ah-HA … it’s been years since I’ve seen the great ukranian game, “Sipp-ies.” Cossacks played this during those bitter cold days on the steppes when you had to keep your arms inside your coat & ’sip’ your vodka w/out grasping the glass. Well played indeed. =)

Hmm. I do not see any meat in that martini. Are you sure that’s Tucano’s?

It was a Cosmopolitan. The bartender cheerfully derided it as a “girlie drink” which I loudly denied. However, in a petulant act, he substituted a meat skewer for a couple of cherries. As if he were saying, “Yes. Ergo, CHICK!”
