Bummers of Pregnancy: Heartburn

I had no idea. Is this what people with Acid Reflux Disease endure daily? I’ve had distracting, crippling, miserable, awful, painful heartburn all day long. I guess I need to get a stash of heartburn aids for the office. It feels like Satan himself is belching fire up my esophageal passage. I bet I could smelt lead with my stomach acid right now. Ugh.

seriously – I had (and still do since it got to be such a habit) a bottle of tums by my bedside, in the medicine cabinet, in my purse and at the office. Believe me, it’s worth feeling like your grandmother just to have the relief.
